Business problem solving
Sometimes You Just Need Another Set Of Eyes On The Business
Not every business problem fits neatly into a marketing box.
Sometimes something isn't working and you need someone outside the business to ask questions, challenge a few assumptions, and help you figure out what makes sense next.
What's actually the problem?
This is the whole point. Owners often come in asking for SEO or a website when the real issue is somewhere else entirely. It's worth ten minutes to find out.

What are you spending money on?
Most small businesses are paying for at least one thing they'd forgotten about. Tools, subscriptions, ad spend, listings services, a marketing retainer nobody can explain.
We can go through it and ask a simple question about each one: what is this actually doing for the business? I'm not a financial advisor and I won't pretend to be. This is about whether the money is buying you anything.
What are you spending time on?
Time is usually the bigger leak. When we find work that repeats every week, some of it can often be simplified or handled with better systems, automation or AI.
What should you do yourself?
Some things genuinely belong with the owner. Answering the phone the way only you can, talking to your best customers, deciding what your business stands for. Outsourcing those usually makes the business worse, not better.
What should you hand off?
If an hour of your time in the field or in front of a customer is worth more than an hour of bookkeeping, formatting a flyer, or fighting with your website, that's your answer. No spreadsheet required, just an honest look at where your hours go.
Sometimes the answer is "don't do it."
Good advice sometimes means telling someone not to buy something, including from me. I'd rather keep a relationship with a local business for years than sell one project that wasn't going to help.
If the honest recommendation is to wait, fix something simpler first, or spend the money elsewhere, that's what you'll hear.
