You don't need to know which marketing service you need. Start with what's bothering you about the business.
Find the one that sounds most like you.
“I need more customers.”
This one can come from a lot of directions: not enough people know you exist, the wrong people are finding you, your website doesn't convince anyone, your Google listing is thin, you have fewer reviews than the competition, or the leads you do get slip away.
“People can't find me on Google.”
Usually a mix of your Google Business Profile, what your website says about your services and service area, reviews, how much competition is nearby, and how clearly Google understands your business at all.
“My website isn't helping my business.”
Sometimes a site needs rebuilding. Sometimes it needs a few honest fixes and it's fine. I'd rather find out which before anyone spends money on a rebuild.
“I'm spending too much time doing repetitive work.”
Follow-up, the same customer questions, estimate drafts, review requests, admin. Some of it can be handled with better systems, automation, or AI where it genuinely earns its keep.
“I'm getting leads but losing too many of them.”
This is often the cheapest problem to fix. Response time, second follow-ups, forms that don't work, missed calls nobody returns, unclear next steps, and what happens after the estimate goes out.
“I'm not sure what the actual problem is.”
That's okay. You don't need to diagnose your own business before asking for help. Tell me what's bothering you and we'll work backward until we find the cause.
